The foundation is dedicated to Pediatric brain tumor research. Alexander organized a home run derby and dunk game and raised over $2,600.00. Alexander is going down to the NYU Hassenfeld Children’s Center for Cancer unit to host a pizza and ice cream party for all the children and their families in the unit. |

helping the mentally challenged. This
is something he also may continue. Keren put together comfort packages to deliver to Stamford Hospital. The packages are to comfort those who are sitting vigil while a loved one is dying. It includes a fleece throw; lavender lotion to put on patient’s hands, a small battery operated light and a pen and pad. |

He wanted to walk in honor of his mother, a breast cancer survivor. Since he could not walk, he worked in the tent village with his sister and his mother and father did the walk and he was there waiting in the village when they finished. |

This program provides underprivileged youth (primarily 4 and 5 graders) with educational experiences in the marine environment as well as the opportunity to learn to sail. They meet weekly throughout the school year - right now they are leaning to swim. They take classes with the Stamford Power and Sail Squadron to learn boating/water safety and the Maritime Aquarium to learn about marine animals. She started this as a mitzvah project and has continued to volunteer weekly. This summer she hopes to assist with the Bluewater Bound program where they sail. |

Be a PAL is FAAN’s symbol for Protect a Life, which is friends helping friends with food allergies. Jeremy is allergic to peanuts and he raised $2,500.00 to donate to FAAN, who publicized Jeremy’s event in their national newsletter. |
