Who: Anyone interested in practicing meditation skills and developing new ones.
What: A safe group of non-judgmental people who want to explore this type of spiritual practice. Led by Rabbi Jay, Cantor Micah and Ronnie Lilien.
When: April 1, 10:00am-2:00pm (Lunch will be provided)
Where: at Temple Sinai
Why: Because there are lots of ways to access one’s spirituality and we want to share a few more with you.
