New Covenant Center Christmas Meal Sign-Up

Temple Sinai is pleased to be providing a Christmas meal to the guests at New Covenant Center. This is the 32nd year of this tradition, and we are delighted to serve people in the cafeteria again this year. We regret we must limit the number of in person volunteers due to New Covenant Center’s new protocols, but we hope that you will contribute in any way you can. The following cooked items are needed, and must be brought to a designated TS volunteer on Christmas Day between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. We will confirm the place of delivery.

All stuffing will be prepared by the TS Inspire Teens

The non-perishable items below are needed and should be delivered to a designated TS volunteer either December 24 (turkey gravy and cranberry sauce) or December 25 (beverages and desserts). We will confirm the place of delivery.
Non-perishables can also be delivered, after December 20, to the home of Marian Freed, 181 Turn of River Rd, #5 Stamford.

If you are going to be away on Christmas Day, you can still participate. Contact Marian Freed.

If you are willing to serve as a designated volunteer, accept food and bring it to NCC by 11:00 AM Christmas morning, please check the box next to that choice below. Also, please let us know if you are available the day before Christmas to assist in packaging and portioning some of the items - indicate with the check box below.

This year we will again be serving the guests in the cafeteria. Plating and serving the food has always been popular. A small number of volunteers will be needed to process and reheat the food in the NCC kitchen, plate the food and serve the food to the guests. These volunteers must be over 14 years of age and will be chosen in the order their form is received. If you are interested, please check the appropriate box(es) below.
