Sisterhood will be making bourekas with the UJF Israeli Emissary, Yoav Yaron. Bourekas are nothing short of edible perfection - heavenly little parcels of dough cripes with hot oil or melted butter and stuffed with delicious savory ingredients. Like Italy’s calzone, Spain’s empanada, and India’s samosa, these pastries are a perfect Sephardi “pie.”  This hands on class will provide a scrumptious dinner and enough bourekas to bring home. All are welcome to join.
